By not drinking the milk, there is no problem.
However, by drinking the milk, you have a
50/50 chance of a Big Problem.
The decision: She doesn't drink the milk
When you check with your sister, she tells you
"She makes up stories about the milk making her sick."
Missing a glass of milk is no big deal
