WHO KNEW?

Chess. Checkers. Chinese Checkers. Judo. AI.

My Dad taught me to play chess when I was 11 years old.
With no one to play with, it was a skill that went fallow.

When the Fischer-Spassky Match went viral, I was a
Freshman at The Hall. All my friends brought in
Chess sets. At first, I beat them all. Then they
read books on Chess, and I couldn't win a match.

I prefer Checkers to Chess. And Chinese Checkers to
Checkers. 

In Chess: You kill or capture your opponent's
pieces. 

In Chinese Checkers, you move your pieces from
one side of the board to the other. 

Peace. Victory. And no bloodshed.

Now I play Scrabble. Against a computer. What a leap
forward for me. 

Many times I would play the letters I had, 
not the letters I wish I had. 

Hence, I might play, "jaconet".

The word is playable. Who knew? I took a guess with the
letters I had. My opponent, the computer, confirmed the
word. Something not possible with the old board & tile game.
I used my opponent's strength against them. 

The principles of Judo. The Gentle Way....& using your opponent's force to defeat him. The way I use the computer's knowledge against it. 

I seldom lose at Online Scrabble, racking up high scores.

My Take on AI

My AI can talk to you.

Your AI can talk to my AI.

To paraphrase David Lee Roth in a Video.

This entire paradigm seems pointless.

While AI are taking to each other, what do we do?

Do all the things we couldn't do if we had a conversation?

But why do all those things if AI can do it for us?

You may not know this, but at this very moment, AI is

painting pictures for me, studying physics for me,

Writing a thesis for me, Writing, directing, producing,

and marketing the movie I wanted to make but never did.

Now? There's no reason for me to do it. AI can do it for me.

The Global Economic Crisis Arrives

 To quote World Economic Forum

"History shows that 40 years of neoliberal economic policy has led to growth – but it's come at the cost of rising inequality and a planet in the midst of a climate crisis."

This seems to be an admission of Guilt. Culpability.

Take out the linguistic legerdemain & you have

"Neoliberal economic policy led to rising inequality

& global warming crisis."

& you boast it

& are proud of it

In the West [Read US] the words

Inclusion, diversity, dignity, empowerment, sustainability,

are words used in a campaign of exploitation

The migrant crisis in the US leads to wrong question,

What are we going to do with the migrants?

The question should be what are we going to do for the migrants?

There are no plans for Education, training, Jobs, Inclusion.

As Merkel exploited the migrants for two purposes

Cheap Labour for Germany

Crush economies of satellite nations in Southern Europe

The migrants in the US are being exploited to disrupt

Cities, Housing, Education, & Health Care.

Evil minds sowing misery with sweet words & false promises.
