     B.  List the top five (5) nations outside Europe, but including Russia and Turkey, that you consider to be friends of our enemies.


Read the following statement. Answer the question.


3.  We frequently hear how the killing of Al Qaeda leaders has reduced the threat of Al Qaeda.  However.  though nature abhors a vacuum, there seems to be no evidence that others have filled these positions.  Rather, it appears that Al Qaeda has broken off into splinter groups.  Is Al Qaeda being used as a generic term for terrorist groups to:

     A. reduce the fear of the existence of emerging groups?

     B. distract from the existence of emerging groups.

You must state whether you agree or disagree with the above statements or your answer will not be included in your grade.

4.   In combating terrorism, we are not fighting an army of 1 million soldiers. We are fighting a million armies of 1 soldier each.
